Brief Biographies

Sergey Kogogin

Sergey Kogogin was born in Bolshie Klyuchi village, Zelenodolsk Region, the Republic of Tatarstan (RT), on November 16, 1957.

In 1977, he graduated from Kazan Aircraft Technical School, worked as a milling machine operator at Kazan Engine Plant. After he had graduated from the physics department of Kazan State University where he had qualified as a radio physicist in 1982, Sergey Kogogin worked as an engineer at the "Era" enterprise till 1985. Within 1985 — 1994, he worked at Zelenodolsk Engineering Plant as Senior Engineer, Head of Office, Deputy Master Mechanic, Trade Committee Chairman, in succession. In 1990, he became Director of this plant. Within 1994–99, he worked as Head of Administration of Zelenodolsk region, and he held the position of Deputy Prime-Minister, Minister of Economy and Industry of the RT from 1999 to 2002. On June 30, 1999, Sergey Kogogin was elected a member of KAMAZ Board of Directors and was appointed Director General of OJSC KAMAZ in April 2002.

Sergey Kogogin is State Council Deputy of the RT. He was a winner of the Tatarstan non-government contest «Manager of Year» several times. He received the "World Rose" gold medal, the Order of Saint Daniel (Second Degree), the "In Memory of Kazan Millennium" medal, the "Honoured Mechanician of the RF Ministry of Industry and Energy" commemorative sign, the certificate of the Military Commissar of the Republic of Tatarstan, the "Honoured Mechanician of the Republic of Tatarstan" title. Sergey Kogogin was awarded the Order of Friendship in August 2007 according to the RF President’s Decree.

Kirill Puzyrkov

Since October 2007, he has been working as Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.

In 1995, Kirill Puzyrkov graduated from Kazan Aviation Institute (computer engineering). Within 2000 — 2002, he worked in the RT Ministry of Economy and Industry. During last five years, he worked as Head of KAMAZ General Director’s Machinery. He got an MBA in 2005.

Yury Klochkov

Yuri Klochkov graduated from Perm Polytechnic Institute (manufacturing engineering, metal-cutting equipment and tools) in 1987. Being a fledgling, he came to KAMAZ where he rose up the ladder of advancement. In September 2003, he was appointed Director General of OAO KAMAZinstrumentspetsmash. In February 2006, he took up the position of a chief engineer. He has got the «Honoured Machine Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan» title.

Vladimir Abramov

Vladimir Abramov graduated from Siberian Metallurgical Institute named after S. Ordzhonikidze (ferrous and nonferrous metals foundry) in 1975.

He has been working in KAMAZ Group since 1975. He held the positions of Chief Engineer of OAO Kamsky Founrdy, Director of Foundry, First Deputy Director General of OAO KAMAZ-Metallurgy.

Elena Milinova

Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ, CFO since September 2011.

In 2000, she graduated from the Academy of Business and Banking in Tolyatti. She has been working at KAMAZ since 2007. Her functions are the following: management of the economy and finance, property, insurance activities of OJSC KAMAZ Group of Companies.

She made a major contribution to the development of information transparency of OJSC KAMAZ for foreign and Russian investors.

Irek Gumerov

Irek Gumerov graduated from Zavod-VTUZ (Technical Institute) under OAO ZIL in Moscow in 1982, finished the postgraduate courses of Zavod-VTUZ under Moscow Automobile Plant named after Likhachev in 1986, Moscow Technical University named after Bauman in 1987, in 2000 was trained in LVA, London. He is a candidate of technics.

He has been working in KAMAZ Group since 1986. Within 1998 — 2001, he held the position of Chairman of Crisis Management Committee of OJSC KAMAZ, since 2001 he was Vice-President of OJSC KAMAZ of Components. Since 2006, he has been Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ, Director of Development.

Akhat Urmanov

Akhat Urmanov graduated from Kazan State University (mathematical methods and research) in 1995. He is a candidate of economic sciences.

He worked as Director General of Tau Scientific Production Company, Adviser of Director General of OJSC KAMAZ, Director of Finance Department, Deputy Director General of Sales and Service.
