KAMAZ Inc. is the Russian leading enterprise that produces vehicles of heavy weight class and spare parts to them. All of us at KAMAZ understand clearly environmental impact from our products.

KAMAZ environmental programs are aimed at improving environment by means of environmental care, conserving natural recourses, reducing emissions, decreasing the environmental impact of manufacturing.

KAMAZ is undertaking to meet commitments of the Russian and International legislations, and other standards and regulations regarding environmental care, continuously improving environmental management system and preventing pollution.

Environmental Policy of KAMAZ Inc. conforms to ISO 14001: 2004 environmental management system standard.

Under KAMAZ vision & mission, we have set environmental policy which is focused on:

1. developing, implementing, and continuously improving environmental management system;
2. providing efficient solutions based on prior conducted environmental impact assessments;
3. KAMAZ commitment to implementation of society environment guides, ongoing improvement embodied throughout all of the company's operations and in every KAMAZ product;
4. reducing environmental impact within product development, manufacturing, implementation of new technologies, equipment;
5. providing personnel with environmental education as a part of ongoing commitment to the environment;
6. an open manner of communication of our environmental activities and their results;
7. ecological certification of KAMAZ vehicles and products as a recognition of their quality.
