General Information
KAMA Industrial Park was founded on 29 July 2004. Authorized capital is equal to R480 million. KIP Master OJSC was established on free premises of “RemDiesel” plant (KAMAZ subsidiary) which is its shareholder. The second shareholder was Tatarstan Republic that invested funds to establish the park infrastructure.
KIP Master target is to rent premises and assist in organizing and developing business to those who rent.
KIP Master OJSC is attracting partners to real economy sector. To KIP Master belong not only those participants who are engaged in autoindustry. It offers its premises for all businessmen.

KIP Master is the only industrial park which is oriented on vehicle building industry. KIP MASTER acts as the instrument of large-, medium- and small business interaction. When the park emerged it entailed urgent arranging of modern, economically effective productions of car components production of which within a large company is not cost effective.
Within the first 2005 half year when the premises were fitted and equipped, there were also developed programs on interaction of KIP Master participants with KAMAZ Inc.
KAMAZ Inc. and KIP MASTER OJSC provide the most beneficial conditions for arranging production on the premises of the park.
KAMAZ Inc. announced the park participants privileged, which are applied the following preferences:
- to provide the participants with orders;
- to handle technical documentation for placed orders;
- to provide participants with KAMAZ own retail and distribution outlets;
- to use exclusive payment schemes for products supplied.
Rental payment is the lowest in the region and has not been raised within the whole period of the park activity.

Since mid of 2005 the Park started renting activities what was the beginning of its commercial work.
Within 2005 was created the park’s infrastructure, which is in demand in the market and fosters to the development of small and medium scale business.
Upon results of conducted surveys it was decided to enlarge spaces for renting for further development of the project.
To date KIP Master premises locate 97 enterprises of various forms of ownership. Organizations of different activity fields most of which make up those which belong to automotive cluster and primarily engaged into work with KAMAZ Inc. are the Park participants.
With 1,490 employees KIP Master total production volume in 2006 totaled to R1,358 million. 
Innovation activity of the project is in the interests united within business structures, city management and Republic.
The profit of KAMAZ Inc. lies in supporting flexible production processes, focusing investments and allocating them into basic products, testing and approving new designs while introducing new products, vehicle components’ cost saving, controlling components’ quality.
The profit for Companies-Participants is in receiving long-term orders, flexible lease terms, lowering production and sales expenses.
Project efficiency guarantees new work places and legalization of “gray” market of labor and salary for the Republic and the city.
KIP Master is a special form of technical park offering clear interaction of small-, medium- and large-scale business for the benefit of all its participants.
